My name is Kelli Kanashiro (Japa, as friends call me), and I am the founder of JapaYoga Healing Therapies. I am a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, Shamanic Reiki Master, YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) + E-RYT 200 + RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Registered Experienced Yoga teacher.
I have been engaged in an in-depth study and practice of yoga and its philosophy for many years, and what started as a personal discipline became my life's purpose.
I had been immersed in the corporate world for two decades, playing leadership roles in projects and people management. After years of witnessing partners and colleagues - including myself -compromising physical, mental, and emotional health due to work pressure and demands, I strove to find alternatives to managing stress and leading a more balanced life.
Today, I am committed to aiding people in the path of self-knowledge and exploration of their potential in every way.
I offer therapeutic yoga techniques and energy healing practices to assist those who seek a more balanced life beyond work and daily demands. For those with curious minds and brave hearts, I dedicate my learning and teachings as guidance to a contemplative inquiry about our divine and human nature and the self-healing power gifted to all of us.
My purpose in life, and what brings me great satisfaction, is to support YOU through the journey of unravelling the best version of yourself.
