What you will learn
The meditation sessions are designed to integrate mind-body-soul, and in this program, you will reach the portal to your wisdom and knowledge. Through self-assessment questionnaires we will analyze your current state of mind and body, a guided meditation is carefully outlined for you to surrender to your inner self and to meet the specific circumstances of your life that you want to be in charge of, not a hostage of.
The preparation for meditation utilizes yoga techniques that will assist you in self-regulating the nervous system, clearing the mind, and relaxing the body to achieving a calming stage that supports your meditation process.
What you will experience after
You will learn yoga tools to integrate into your regular practices whether at home, at work or even when you are in waiting rooms, such as medical clinics, airports, etc.
It is known that meditation takes time, but any effort applied is worthy. As said by Lord Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita “On this path, effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure.
