About the Event
The IN-Retreat centers around pause and restoration. In our daily lives, energy can become scattered, leaving us feeling disconnected and depleted. This retreat offers a dedicated space to step away from demands, allowing you to recharge and rescue a more balanced pace. Through gentle and restorative practices, peaceful reflection, and time immersed in nature, we’ll work together to balance your energy and invite a deeper sense of smoothed harmony into your being.
This is an intimate experience, with limited spaces available to provide each participant the freedom to follow their own rhythm. Whether you wish for quiet solitude or connection with like-minded souls, this retreat offers the choice to embrace moments that serve your needs. Just come as you are - I’ll be here with open arms, ready to welcome every part of you.

Meet Your Holistic Practitioner
Kelli Kanashiro is the founder and heart of JapaYoga & Healing Therapies. She is a multidimensional light worker, Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher and Educator (YACEP, E-RYT500), Reiki & Shamanic Reiki Master, Sacred Geometry Activator, Ayurveda-oriented, wellness advocate, and educator.
Known as “Japa,” Kelli is currently pursuing a counselling program, with the goal of becoming a Registered Professional Counsellor by 2026. Her mission is to support individuals on the path of self-discovery, helping them cultivate emotional resilience, personal growth, and spiritual development.
Kelli brings a trauma-informed approach to her work, integrating multidimensional and holistic therapeutic tools to support body-mind integration. Through her compassionate guidance, she empowers individuals to live with greater purpose, grace, balance, and well-being.
Kelli had been immersed in the corporate world for over two decades, playing leadership roles in projects and people management. By looking for alternatives to manage stress and lead a more balanced life, she found the path of Yoga. Since 2012, Kelli has been dedicated to the in-depth study and practice of Yoga and other holistic tools, and what started as a personal discipline, eventually became her life purpose. Today, Kelli is committed to assisting people on the path of self-knowledge to explore their potential in every way.
