Yoga Therapy Sessions
Yoga Therapy is an integrative approach that combines the ancient practices of yoga with contemporary therapeutic and holistic techniques. That includes - but is not limited to - gentle yoga and somatic movements, breathing and restorative techniques, applied psychology and philosophy of yoga, guided meditation, deep relaxation, ayurveda (diet & lifestyle review), Nidra, mindfulness, guided journaling, visualizations, mantras, affirmations, etc.
Sessions aim to address a wide range of health challenges, from chronic pain and stress-related disorders to anxiety, depression, and beyond. Each session is designed to support a unique path to wellness, empowering individuals with knowledge and tools to become an active participant in their healing process.
